Software Training
Software training is a segment of our "Full Computer Services" offered by Horizon Computer.
Our goal is to provide you the best training. We have the ability to evaluate your current skills to make sure you are
trained a
t the proper level and
acquiring the skills you need. Our friendly and highly skilled instructors make learning motivating and enjoyable. The staff at
Horizon-Computer is dedicated in developing your software computer skills. We
want to shape you, and your computer into functional, productive instruments. Many years of training and teaching experience will provide you the very best training
possible, when you want it, and, when you need it. We schedule training to meet your needs. Our hours include days, evenings as
well as Saturdays. We also guarantee our training to meet your
expectations. We will train you on the presented skills until you are comfortable that you have mastered them or we will provide you a refund.
On Site Training
We offer on site classroom training, as well as one on one training in your office - or - our office, so we can train one person or a dozen people in a classroom. Technology advances are amazing. We have the ability and the technology available to train on line. We can train
anyone or any group anywhere in the United States. All you need is a 56k modem (recommended), telephone line connected to your computer,
Norton pcAnywhere installed on your computer, and a
separate phone line for verbal communication. For verbal communication, a speaker phone is more effective. pcAnywhere is a software program that provides us the ability to view your computer screen and mouse movement on our computer screen. Again - verbal instructions are accomplished through the
separate telephone line. On line training is extremely effective and it works! On line training is just like having an instructor in your office. This type of training can substantially reduce training costs. For more information, just click on our

Training Manuals and Free Phone Help Desk
Training manuals are provided for most classes. The cost for each training manual is 29.99. As part of our service we provide a 60 day FREE Help desk. The 60 day period begins with the first phone call. All you need is pcAnywhere and a modem installed on your computer. At this point, we have the ability to view your computer screen on our office computer screen, we can then help you solve almost any training issue.
